  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni or your choice of filling
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare dough
    Roll out the pizza dough and cut into small squares.
  2. Fill the rolls
    Add a small spoon of pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni to each square. Fold and seal tightly into rolls.
  3. Air fry
    Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place rolls in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Make garlic butter
    Mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt.
  5. Brush and serve
    Brush hot pizza rolls with garlic butter immediately after cooking.
