Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 30 seconds.

  3. Add chicken, season with soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger.

  4. Cook until golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

  5. Let cool slightly, then slice or shred the chicken.


2. Make the slaw

  • In a large bowl, combine green and red cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro. Toss lightly.


3. Make the dressing
