Description
The Baja Blast Copycat Mocktail is an artisanal, non-alcoholic adaptation of the famous teal-colored tropical soft drink originally created for a well-known fast-food chain. While the original commercial version relies on mystery concentrates and heavy industrial carbonation, this homemade copycat drink utilizes a strategic combination of real fruit juices, sweet citrus notes, and vibrant non-alcoholic blue syrup to achieve the exact same iconic look and flavor profile.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) lemon-lime soda, chilled
- ½ cup (120 ml) pineapple juice, chilled
- ¼ cup (60 ml) orange juice, chilled
- 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
- 1 tbsp simple syrup, or to taste
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill two glasses with ice.
- Add pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, blue curaçao syrup, and simple syrup.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda.
- Give each glass one gentle stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
Notes
Use non-alcoholic blue curaçao syrup, not blue curaçao liqueur. Check the labels of all syrups and flavorings to ensure they contain no alcohol or other non-halal ingredients.
