Description
At its core, this dish is a brilliant contemporary take on the viral baked feta pasta trend that took the internet by storm a few years ago. While feta offers a sharp, salty, and tangy profile, using gournay cheese completely transforms the experience. This recipe focuses on a wheel of garlic and fine herbs cheese nestled in a bed of fresh tomatoes and olive oil, then baked until everything softens into a luxurious, spreadable consistency.
