  • 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) – optional for spice
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Extra sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

1. Make the beef

  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger; sauté 30 seconds.
  • Add beef and cook until browned.

2. Add seasoning

  • Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and gochujang.
  • Cook 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

3. Assemble the wraps

  • Spoon beef onto lettuce leaves.
  • Top with shredded carrots, cucumber, or radish if desired.
  • Garnish with extra sesame seeds.
