Description
At its core, this dish is a vibrant assembly of contrasting textures and flavors. You have the soft, tender leaves of baby spinach providing a nutrient-dense base. Then come the strawberries, which offer a juicy, acidic brightness. To prevent the salad from being too sweet, we introduce the sharp bite of red onions and the salty, creamy crumbles of feta cheese.
