Description
At its most fundamental level, Blueberry Bread Pudding is a baked casserole-style dish that relies on a custard base to bind cubes of bread together. Unlike a traditional cake that relies on flour and leavening agents like baking powder to rise, this dish gains its structure from the proteins in eggs and the moisture from milk and cream.
