Instructions

1. Make the Filling

  • Melt butter in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring until thick and creamy.
  • Add chicken and vegetables, season to taste.
  • Pour into a baking dish.

2. Prepare Biscuit Topping

  • Mix biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Spoon or drop biscuit dough over the filling (don’t fully cover—leave small gaps).

3. Bake

  • Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbling.

4. Add Garlic Butter

  • Brush tops with melted garlic butter right after baking.
