Instructions
- Prepare mixture:

Line a tray with parchment paper. Scoop small portions of the mixture (about 1–2 tbsp each) onto the tray. - Freeze:
Place the tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours, or until the clusters are firm. - Melt chocolate:
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth. - Coat clusters:
Dip each frozen cluster into melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate over them. - Set:
Place back on the tray and freeze again for 10–15 minutes until chocolate hardens.
