Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking tray or muffin tin with parchment paper.

- Brush the surface with melted butter.
2. Add the Churro Filling
- Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
- Roll tightly into a log.
- Slice into 8 equal pieces.
3. Bake
- Place the rolls cut-side up in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes.

- Brush the warm buns lightly with additional melted butter.
- Mix the churro-coating sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll or sprinkle the mixture over the buns until evenly coated.
5. Make the Glaze
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
