Description
At its core, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Donut Bread is a quick bread that uses chemical leaveners like baking powder rather than yeast. This means there is no proofing time and no kneading required. However, unlike a standard banana bread or pound cake, this recipe incorporates crushed cereal directly into the batter. This adds a unique malty sweetness and a slight textural variation that you simply cannot get from flour alone.

Oat Layer
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
