Ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1–2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
Prepare the fruit & vegetables
Dice apples and toss immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Slice celery thinly for a crisp bite.
Mix the salad
In a bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes (if using), and nuts.
Dress
Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Gently fold until evenly coated.
Chill & serve
Chill for 20–30 minutes for best flavor.
Serve on lettuce leaves or as a side dish.
