Description
Creamy Tuscan Salmon with Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomatoes is an Italian-inspired dish that’s known for its decadent, rich flavors. The salmon fillets are perfectly seared and then smothered in a creamy sauce made with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. The sun-dried tomatoes add a tangy and slightly sweet flavor, while the spinach brings a fresh, earthy element to balance out the richness of the sauce.

Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, use the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes to sauté the garlic and salmon. You can serve this creamy Tuscan salmon over pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed rice to soak up the rich sauce. Add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for a bright, fresh finish.
