Description
At its core, crockpot lasagna soup is a deconstructed version of the classic baked pasta dish. Imagine all the components of a lasagna—the hearty meat sauce, the tender noodles, and the creamy cheese topping—but served in a rich, tomato-based broth. It is essentially a thick, rustic soup that mimics the texture and flavor profile of lasagna without the structural integrity required for slicing.
