Instructions
- Cook the pasta
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Season and cook the shrimp
- Toss shrimp with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the creamy sauce
- Reduce heat to medium.

- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.

- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
- Combine everything
- Return the shrimp to the skillet.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated.
