Description
At its core, a grapefruit rosemary spritzer is a cold, sparkling mocktail that pairs tart grapefruit juice with an aromatic herbal accent and a bubbly finish. The beverage falls into the traditional highball family, built around a fruit base lightened by carbonated water. Rather than using artificial colorings or spirits, this drink relies on natural fruit sugars, fresh lemon juice for balance, and real rosemary for herbal complexity.
