Description
When we talk about a Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs recipe, we are describing a dish that focuses on balance. At its core, this recipe uses chicken thighs as the primary protein. Thighs are widely preferred by chefs because they contain more fat than chicken breasts, which prevents them from drying out during the searing and simmering process. The sauce is a reduction of natural honey, fermented soy sauce, pungent garlic, and a touch of acidity from vinegar.
