Instructions
1. Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Mix gingersnap crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar.

Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

Bake 10 minutes, then cool slightly.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.

Mix in eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.

Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
