Description
When we talk about an Eternal Sugar Cookie recipe, we are referring to a sophisticated twist on the classic cut-out cookie. Unlike the crunchy, thin wafers often found in grocery stores, this version focuses on a soft-crumb structure and a delicate balance of flavors. The “eternal” aspect comes from the visual presentation—using shimmering icings, pastel hues, and perhaps a touch of edible glitter to mimic the divine aura of the character from Cookie Run Kingdom.
Ingredients
- 2 cups huckleberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Prepare filling
In a bowl, gently mix:
- Huckleberries
- Sugar

- Place one crust in a pie dish
- Pour in the berry mixture
- Dot with small pieces of butter
- Cover with the second crust (or lattice style)

3. Bake
- Bake for 45–50 minutes
- Top should be golden and filling bubbling
4. Cool & serve
Let it cool at least 1 hour before slicing (this helps it set).
