Description
To understand this recipe, we first have to look at what makes a blondie a blondie. Unlike a brownie, which relies on chocolate or cocoa powder for its primary structure and flavor, a blondie uses brown sugar and vanilla to create a butterscotch-like profile. When we introduce green tea into this mix, we are creating Matcha White Chocolate Blondies, a fusion dessert that bridges the gap between Eastern tea culture and Western confectionery.

Notes
These matcha white chocolate blondies have a soft, chewy texture with a gentle earthy flavor from the matcha balanced by creamy sweetness. For the best taste, use good-quality matcha and avoid overbaking so the center stays fudgy. They pair wonderfully with tea or coffee and taste even better the next day as the flavors deepen.
