Ingredients
For the Cookies
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
For the Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Set oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. - Cream butter & sugars
Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. - Add wet ingredients
Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth. - Add dry ingredients
Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined. - Fold in sprinkles
Gently mix in rainbow sprinkles without overmixing. - Shape cookies
Scoop large dough balls (Crumbl-style size) and slightly flatten them. - Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. - Cool completely
Let cookies cool before frosting. - Make frosting & decorate
Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy. Spread on cookies and top with sprinkles.
