Description
A cruffin is essentially a hybrid pastry—a cross between a croissant and a muffin. Traditionally, they are made by rolling croissant dough into a muffin tin so that they grow tall and develop a multitude of flaky layers. While most people associate them with sugar coatings and cream fillings, our version takes a savory turn. The Garlic Herb Cruffin Rolls utilize the same lamination technique but replace the sugar with a potent mixture of minced garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
