Description
At its heart, a healthy moist banana bread is a dense, cake-like bread that utilizes the natural sugars and fibers of fruit to create a satisfying texture. Unlike standard white-flour versions, this recipe focuses on nutrient-dense swaps. Instead of using refined white sugar, we lean on the natural sweetness of very ripe bananas and a touch of unrefined liquid sweetener. Instead of heavy butter, we use heart-healthy oils that ensure the crumb remains tender for days.
