1 lb (450 g) fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl or resealable bag, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken breasts and coat evenly.
Marinate for at least 20–30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge for deeper flavor).
2. Prep the Asparagus
Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Set aside while the grill preheats.
3. Grill
Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Add asparagus to the grill during the last 5 minutes, turning occasionally until tender-crisp and lightly charred.
4. Serve
Transfer chicken and asparagus to a platter.
