- ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Topping
- 1–2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare dough
- Mix flour and salt.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Add ice water until dough forms.
- Chill 20–30 minutes.
2. Roll & shape
- Roll dough into a rough circle (about 10–12 inches).
- Place on parchment-lined baking tray.
3. Make filling
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheese, veggies, and meat (if using).
4. Assemble
- Pour filling into center, leaving a 2-inch border.
- Fold edges over filling (rustic pleats).
- Brush crust with egg wash.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on crust.
5. Bake
- Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
