Instructions

1. Prepare dough

  • Add ice water until dough forms.
  • Chill 20–30 minutes.

2. Roll & shape

  • Roll dough into a rough circle (about 10–12 inches).
  • Place on parchment-lined baking tray.

3. Make filling

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in cheese, veggies, and meat (if using).

4. Assemble

  • Pour filling into center, leaving a 2-inch border.
  • Fold edges over filling (rustic pleats).
  • Brush crust with egg wash.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on crust.

5. Bake

  • Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
