Description
Mini Taco Cups with Ground Turkey are small baked taco bites made by pressing wonton wrappers or tortilla rounds into a mini muffin pan. These form crisp shells that hold seasoned ground turkey and shredded cheese. Once baked, the result is a crunchy taco cup that can be topped just like a traditional taco.
Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)

½ cup water

12 wonton wrappers or small flour tortillas (cut into circles)

1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese (or cheddar)

Instructions
1. Cook the Turkey

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up.

Stir in taco seasoning and water.

Simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
2. Form the Taco Cups

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

Press one wonton wrapper (or tortilla round) into each cup.
3. Fill & Bake

Add a spoonful of turkey mixture into each cup.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
4. Garnish & Serve

Add desired toppings and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor and color, top the mini taco cups with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, or a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or a squeeze of fresh lime on the side to make them even more irresistible—perfect for parties, game day, or quick weeknight dinners.
