Ingredients
- 4 large croissants (or 1 can croissant dough)
- 10–12 Oreo cookies (crushed or halved)
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Set oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish. - Prepare croissants
Tear croissants into chunks and place in the dish. - Add Oreos
Sprinkle crushed or halved Oreos evenly over croissants. - Make custard mix
Whisk milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth. - Pour & soak
Pour mixture over croissants and press slightly so everything soaks in. - Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden, puffed, and set. - Serve
Let cool slightly. Top with powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle if desired.
