- 8–10 fresh mint leaves

- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
- Lime slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the mint:
Place the mint leaves and sugar or honey in a glass. Gently muddle them to release the mint flavor. - Add the juice:
Pour in the pomegranate juice and fresh lime juice. Stir well. - Add ice:
Fill the glass with ice cubes. - Add sparkling water:
Slowly pour in the chilled sparkling water and gently stir. - Garnish:
Add pomegranate seeds, a lime slice, and a fresh mint sprig. - Serve:
Serve immediately while chilled and fizzy.
Notes
For a sweeter cooler, add more honey or sugar. For a stronger mint flavor, muddle the mint slightly longer.
