Instructions
- Cook tortellini
- Boil according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook sausage
- Heat oil in a pan, cook sausage until browned. Break into small pieces.
- Add flavor
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Make sauce
- Pour in tomato sauce, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- For creamy version, add heavy cream and stir.
- Combine
- Add cooked tortellini to the pan and toss well.
