For the Crunch Base
- 2 large tortillas or flatbreads (cut into strips or “crunch chips”)
- Olive oil spray or brush

For the Caesar Bowl
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup croutons (optional extra crunch)
Caesar Dressing
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Smash & Cook the Chicken
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally or lightly pound them.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Place chicken in pan and press down (“smash”) firmly for a crispy sear.
- Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top in the last minute for a crispy crust.
2. Make Crunch Wrap Chips
- Cut tortillas into strips or triangles.
- Lightly coat with oil and salt.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes or air-fry until crispy.
3. Prepare Caesar Base
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss romaine lightly with dressing.
4. Assemble Crunch Bowls
- Add dressed lettuce to a bowl.
- Slice smashed chicken and place on top.
- Add Parmesan, croutons, and crispy tortilla chips.
- Drizzle extra dressing if desired.
