Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mash everything together with a fork until well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- Spread the smashed chicken avocado mixture evenly over each slice of toast.
- Add your favorite toppings, such as tomatoes, radishes, microgreens, feta, or everything bagel seasoning.
- Serve immediately with an extra squeeze of lemon, if desired.
