Description
A sumac and herb butter grilled ribeye recipe is a gourmet steak preparation that pairs a beautifully seared, heavily seasoned beef ribeye with a infused compound butter. Instead of relying solely on basic salt and pepper, the steak receives a aromatic rub incorporating garlic, black pepper, and ground sumac before hitting a scorching hot grill.
