Instructions

1. Make the Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) or heat a skillet.

  2. Mix all meatball ingredients until just combined.

  3. Roll into 1½-inch meatballs.

  4. Bake 15–18 minutes or pan-sear until cooked through.


2. Make the Sauce

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine teriyaki sauce, pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice.

  2. Simmer 3–5 minutes.

  3. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened and glossy.


3. Assemble the Bowls

  1. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat.

  2. Serve over rice.

  3. Top with veggies, green onions, and sesame seeds.
