Honey syrup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp lemon juice

- Light drizzle of melted white chocolate
Instructions
1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the batter
- Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until glossy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Stir in walnuts and pistachios.
3. Bake
- Spread batter evenly into the pan.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden at the edges and slightly soft in the center.
4. Make the syrup
- While baking, simmer honey, sugar, water, and lemon juice for 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
5. Finish
- Pour warm syrup lightly over warm blondies.
- Top with extra pistachios.
- Cool completely before slicing.
