Description
At its core, this recipe is a playful, cinnamon-infused twist on the classic marshmallow cereal bar that we all grew up loving. Instead of using plain puffed rice, we elevate the entire experience by using crispy squares of whole wheat and rice cereal blasted with real cinnamon and sugar.

- 5 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 (10 oz) bag marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: white chocolate drizzle or cinnamon sugar topping
Instructions
1. Melt Base
- In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
2. Add Cereal
- Remove from heat.
- Quickly fold in Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal until fully coated.
3. Set in Pan
- Press mixture into a greased or parchment-lined pan.
- Press gently (don’t compact too hard or they’ll become dense).
4. Cool & Cut
- Let cool for 30–45 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
