Instructions
1. Prepare the lava filling
Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and crushed cookies until smooth and thick.
Freeze for 20–30 minutes into small spoonful portions.
2. Make muffin batter
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugars, milk, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in crushed cookies.

3. Assemble muffins
