Instructions
1. Prep the cauliflower
- Wash and cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets
2. Make the batter
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Add water gradually to form a smooth, thick batter
3. Coat the florets
- Dip each floret into the batter
- Roll in breadcrumbs for extra crispiness
- Place on a lined baking tray
4. Cook

- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
OR Air fryer:

5. Make the sauce
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth
6. Toss & serve
- Toss crispy cauliflower in the sauce
