Description
At its core, this dish is a modern, ultra-convenient take on a classic Tex-Mex favorite. Traditionally, fajitas are cooked on a screaming-hot cast-iron skillet, creating a lot of smoke and requiring constant stirring on the stovetop. This sheet pan version completely reimagines the process by taking all those traditional ingredients and roasting them together in the oven.
