The Ultimate Sheet Pan Nachos with Homemade Queso Recipe

Description

At its heart, this dish is a celebration of textures and bold, zesty flavors. The Sheet Pan Nachos with Homemade Queso concept relies on a two-layered cheese approach. First, we use shredded cheese that melts directly onto the chips in the oven, acting as a “glue” to hold the beans, meat, and corn in place. Second, we finish the dish with a velvety, pourable homemade queso. This liquid gold fills in the gaps that shredded cheese can’t reach, ensuring a decadent bite every single time.
