Description
At its core, this recipe belongs to the family of quick breads. Unlike traditional yeast breads that require hours of rising and kneading, this Zucchini Chocolate Chip Bread relies on chemical leaveners like baking soda and baking powder to achieve its lift. This means you can go from craving a snack to pulling a steaming loaf out of the oven in just about an hour. It is defined by its dense yet fluffy crumb and a dark, caramelized crust that forms thanks to the combination of granulated and brown sugars.
