This Snickers Ice Cream Cake combines the irresistible flavors of chocolate, caramel, peanuts, and vanilla ice cream in a show-stopping dessert. Layered with gooey caramel sauce, chocolate fudge, and chunks of Snickers bars, this indulgent cake is the perfect dessert for any occasion. The layers of ice cream and crunchy peanuts provide a delightful contrast of textures, while the rich chocolate and caramel add a sweet, velvety finish.

Ingredients

For the Cake:

1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Layers:

1/2 gallon (2 liters) vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 gallon (2 liters) chocolate ice cream, softened
1 cup (250g) hot fudge sauce, warmed
1 cup (250g) caramel sauce
1 cup (125g) chopped roasted peanuts
6-8 Snickers bars, chopped

For the Topping:

1 1/2 cups (360ml) heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Extra chopped Snickers and peanuts for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Assemble the Layers: Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust. Drizzle with half the hot fudge and caramel sauces. Sprinkle half of the chopped peanuts and Snickers over the top. Freeze for 1 hour or until set.

Spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the first layer. Drizzle with the remaining hot fudge and caramel sauces, then sprinkle the rest of the peanuts and Snickers pieces. Freeze for another hour.

Prepare the Whipped Topping: Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the frozen cake.

Garnish with additional chopped Snickers and peanuts. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely firm before serving.
