Instructions

  • Second rise
    Cover and let rise again for 1.5–3 hours until puffy and slightly above the pan edge.
  • Bake
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool
    Remove from pan and cool completely before slicing.
